Can I register for a Retail Account on www.A4.com?
YES! Registering as a retail customer will allow you to track orders, view your order history, and more. Just click the Login/Register button at the top of the page and choose "Register for a Retail Account".
Can I become an A4 Dealer?
YES! We’d love to have you as a customer. Please click on "Become a Dealer" at the top of this page, and complete and submit the New Customer Application. Please submit your state resale or business license along with your application. We’ll get in touch just as soon as we have your completed application and resale or business license.
Can I get payment terms?
Standard terms are Net 30 with approved credit. To apply, click on "Become a Dealer" at the top of this page, and complete and submit the Business Credit Application.
Do you accept credit cards?
YES! A4 accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. Please note we offer a 3% discount for payment via terms.
Does A4 offer decorated products?
YES! These orders are a little more complicated so please contact our Custom Department at 323-585-0550.
Does A4 offer pricing promotions?
YES! We offer specials all the time. When you register for an account, we require an email address and use that to send vital information like order and shipping confirmations, and to keep you informed about our specials.
Can I return items?
YES! If there was a problem with your order, we’ll fix it. Please contact our wonderful Customer Service Team for a return authorization. If there was no issue with your shipment, we hope you understand that we need to charge a 15% restocking fee. Please check our Terms and Conditions for full details.
Can I speak with someone about problems with the product I received?
YES! We’re sorry there was an issue with your order. Please let one of our great Customer Service Representatives resolve the issue by calling 323-585-0550 within five days of receiving your shipment.
